Returns and Refunds

Please make contact within 7 days of receiving your order to shaunerogatschnig@gmail.com if you have a concern. You have another 10 days to return item(s).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once received and contact us on shaunerogatschnig@gmail.com immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and packaged safely on return in it own packaging or crate. Returns will be sent to the following address: 15 MASHIE STREET, LAKESIDE, CAPE TOWN, WESTERN CAPE, RSA, 7945

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  We will arrange for return courier (but original packaging must be maintained). Once item(s) are received in a suitable condition, your refund minus the return courier costs will be credited to you. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shaunerogatschnig@gmail.com.


HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE

You as the customer are responsible for the payment of postage/shipping for returns which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that amount may differ from your original invoice shipping fee.

Your refund will be credited to match the original payment price. This will exclude shipping costs.  

Kindly pack item(s) in same packaging and make sure it is secure. Please include bank details for refund. Courier will collect item(s) are arranged time. You will receive email confirmation that item(s) have been returned and about the final refund amount.
