Shaune Rogatschnig, is an established local artist, having lived most of her life in Cape Town under Table Mountain's glorious shadow and Mediterranean climate. Surrounded by this World Heritage Site and its biodiverse fynbos, she has had her senses nurtured with exquisite colour and African light. Always interested in the natural world and its conservation, her work has been dominated by her love for South Africa’s indigenous flora and more recently the landscapes she finds herself in.
